Preparation: Please send your transparencies or negatives ready to be scanned (not mounted, not in strips). They will be handled as carefully as possible; however, the world is not perfect and there is always a slight risk of damage. Clients must be aware of this risk and hold Graham Editions liable only for replacement with equivalent unused transparencies or negatives and waive any and all potential claims against Graham Editions. Turnaround: Please allow 2 weeks. If you have a deadline to meet, please email me so I can do my best to accommodate your needs. Graham Editions will not process any pornographic content and any such negatives and transparencies will be returned at the client's expense. Copyright: Clients must hold the copyright of the transparencies or negatives they send and warrant that submitted photographic material does not infringe on any copyright, trademark or other interests or rights of any third party. Clients agree that if any dispute over such interests or rights should arise, Graham Editions will be held harmless and without any liability whatsoever to claims of either party. Clients give Graham Editions permission to scan submitted images to return to the client. These images will not be stored or used in any form by Graham Editions and the copyright remains with the client. |
